Ok, I'm going to be putting the drives back on the boat soon. Where are you guys getting the best pricing on your drive shaft bellows, hinge pin spacers and any other odds and ends that I should replace while I have the bell housings off?

Actually anyplace on the internet is only going to have the availability of the same parts as your local merc dealer. By the time you pay for shipping and handling your really not going to end up saving much if any. One thing I always heard was to use the merc bellows and stay away from the Sierra's. Supposedly that don't last very long and end up deteriorating fast. Here is a place I have bought TRS parts from before but usually just use the site for the parts diagrams and numbers.

That works. Find the part# put it into google and all kinds of places with different prices show up.
