Default Need Help with Drive depth and X-dim on re-rig!!

I've gotten some useful information to date on this forum and now I really need some help!
I'm re-rigging my Sonic 36SS with some 502MPI motors and TRS assemblies. I just realized last night that the holes in the transom are NOT for TRS and look to be something much larger. This means I'm going to have to fill in parts of the transom and re-drill. I've taken some measurements but am un-sure of where to locate the TRS drives? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Lots of pics here:

Let me know if you need any other pics! The holes I marked in black marker seem to be where a TRS assembly once was (I can see remains of where holes were filled.)

Hate to say this but forget the trs and go to b1 they are cheap as hell right now and are far superior. Trs run so deep and are pretty weak. Now that you are at this point don't run it with those drives. Might sound harsh sorry.

Depends what you consider cheap. I actually have a pair of B1 transom assemblies but no drives or B1 bellhousing. To acquire those and all the relevant re-rigging needed Id be looking at over $2k. Might be cheap for some ppl, but not me. I already have trannies setup for the TRS and the glasswork is minimal cost ($100).

I actually did some measurements and have prop depth set up at 4inches which seems to be ok.
