I've replaced all the bellows w/o removing the bellhousing. Never considered it a pain. Didn't want to risk damaging the hinge pins threads.

You might be able to do it but it sure is a lot easier to go ahead and remove the bell. You wil spend a lot more time trying to do it without removing the bell. All you have is 4 screws in the trim limit and sender to remove and then the 2 hinge pins. Not sure of the size wrench for the hinge pin on a bravo but my TRS you can use a 1/2" allen wrench. Remember you also would have to remove the old bellows and that aint easy. Their glued on tight. You would be sorry you even tried to do it that way.

The wrench you need is a 12 point allen or a socket you can buy from most any mercury dealer
