Default bravo drive needs one more inch?

trying to reinstall my bravo x and it lacks about 3/4 of an inch? just cant get it? any ideas? what an i doing wrong?

try spinning the prop as you push... they can be a pain sometimes, keep trying youll get it.. ive gone as far as putting a board on the drive and hammering, kicking, etc...

Check to see if the U-jounts haven't buckled over on you? Happened to me had to pull it back and make sure the assembly when in correctly. Shift Cable?

as stated ..turn the prop ..... make sure the shift mechanism is pulled out ..which puts it in gear and also opens the jaw so the end of the cable can lock into place ...as you push the drive in it will push the mechanism in ..closing the jaw and putting the drive in neutral .......m

Also if the drive was difficult to take off (i.e. it didnt slide right out) then you may have an alignment issue
