Default Outdrive questions.

I have a 2002 358, it has Bravo 1 XRs on it. The problem I'm having is, the left drive seems to be Pressurizing the reservoir and dumping all the drive oil into the bottom of the boat.
Any suggestions !!

The "red dot" is a flapper valve that maintains around 23 psi pressure to help keep water out of the unit. Had many customers filling the monitor bottle all the way to the top and spewing gear oil into the bilge. On boats that like to dump gear oil, usually heavy, high loads, or high rpm, I will replace cap and fill just enough to keep the alarm from going off. Remember if you bench fill the drive then install, it will burp so check after first run.
