Gonna need alot more info on this one. Power, mods, gears, size of boat, shaft depth, etc. The more info given, the better and closer someone can get to at least finding you a place to start. Every boat is different so finding the right prop set up isn't a simple as a size 12 shoe.

That's probably going to be close. Your going to need to run it and see how many RPM it will turn at WOT. Stock 330's should run 44-4600.

It would be hard to tell. You are having a lot of slip, about 33%, but if you went to a 4 blade you may have less slip but may also lower your RPM's. That is a big heavy boat for 330's. Here's a prop calculator you can check out. I figured 34 knots is about 40mph.

Looks like that boat weighs 10,500 and originally came with 420's

Any idea on what your prop depth is? I would watch the hole shots and trying to accelerating quickly, those Bravo legs aren't known for their strength and that's a heavy load to be pushing. Just take it easy on the sticks. I think a 4 blade is going to drop your WOT rpms and will also increase the load on the drives. It might help your top mph by a few or not. I think not. The 330's are killing you to be honest. Try having your props repitched up one to 22's and see if that helps. unless you have access to some trial props? I would think that some quick cam changes could help in the HP area and not break the bank. There's several cam guys on here that should be able to steer you in the right direction. Just my humble opinion.

Your RPM needs to be up closer to 4800 at WOT. That being said, you're not going to see much more speed out of that thing based on the power it has in it.
I would think 60 mph with 1000hp (500hp a side) would be about right on that thing.
I have a friend who owned one like yours with staggered 540's in it & it was a 60-65 mph boat with 1200 hp.
Mirage propellers are probably going to be your best bet, although I don't know if a Mirage or a Mirage Plus would be better.
Get some propeller depth measurements with the drives level with the bottom of the boat and report back to us here & I'm sure someone will be able to help get you dialed in.
Good luck!

I wouldn't plan on supercharging those 330's - they have cast internals, and won't stand the heat / load.
