Do you have to go through a dealer for the SCX uppper conversion kit? where can I get pricing?

After reading this now I really know I'm pushing my Bravo luck. I see a lot of discrepancy on drives. I have supercharged small Blocks in a 29 century pushing the same numbers this thread was started on. My boats little and light is that still a Bravo nightmare
