Default change over from volvo to alpha?
what all would be intailed to change a drive from a volvo penta sx to a alpha?

I have two alphas in my boat and I think I would rather have the Volvo's,, all in all my experience with the volvo's has been better than with the Merc's,, but thats just me.

If I was going to go thru all the trouble to switch over I would go to a Bravo at least.

You can buy an adapter to go to bravos, there was 2 on ebay a while ago.

SX is far superior to alpha, at least go bravo if you have to swap to merc.
