Nothing special here. Just stating facts. My post was very friendly to both drive builders. Not sure why everything on OSO gets twisted. Not singling anyone out btw.

I did forget to put smiley faces but even those can be taken as sarcasm?
Glad to hear AAD stands behind their wrnty, I never expected anything less.
IMHO I would spend the least amount of money on xr based drives and have a spare....or two. Spending extra money to build an xr based drive stronger is a waste because it will still wear out.
I feel that money building a stronger xr would be better spent on a B-Max. SCX. Arneson. Or scx-4.
