Default water in trim resevoir

I have found water in the trim resevoir, dont see any leaks on outside of drives. any good trouble shooting ideas to help isolate the source to the trim cylinders or the trim manifolds under the gimbles.

if water gets in, oil has to get out. run them up and down and look for leaks. the cyls are most likely culprits. if no leaks found, AND NO PRETTY RAINBOWS BEHIND THE BOAT!!! i would pump empty, refill. and see if it recurs. coast guard and marine police get mad if you make rainbows on the water.
