Default Bravo Questions

Few questions... I had a drive "rebuilt" only to have it back and leaking from the rear cap. I'm tired of taking my boat to places that do half ass work and have lists of excuses, so I'm ready to take things into my own hands... two questions:

1) what port is used to pressure test a Bravo? Is it the lower drain or is there another one? What thread type/size is the lower drain if indeed that is the proper test port?

2) what's involved in removing the rear cap. Obviously the 3 bolts, but is anything behind it under tension or going to come rolling on out when I remove it?

been there... Call a reputable drive shop like Imco. I think there is a plug that goes in the bravo uppers that replaces an original style o ring
