DUMB ? does the B1 take a perimeter gasket?
Buddy just picked up a kit, it is o rings only( know where they go). but i could have sworn that it also got a perimeter gasket as well( goes between the drive, drive hemet). Thanks

Nope.

The alpha takes a gasket. Bravo doesn't. Crazy! I siliconed the perimeter.

I put a little RTV on the round one at the drive oil passage, they tend to leak there, not sure I would do the whole thing as it may keep the o-rings from sealing.
|
Just use a little grease on the o-rings to keep them in place and help them seal.

If in doubt, just wrap one layer of Gorilla Tape around it once installed.
