Default Konrad 540's

Hi folks, not sure if this is the right place for this but thought I'd mention that I have listed a pair of Konrad 540 drives in the classified section.

It sucks because I looked for drives like this for a year, finally bought them, and now have hit a serious financial snag and have to put my boat project on hold.

Free shipping to lower 48.

Thanks,

Greg

Will these bolt up to an original TRS transom assembly or do you need to add a Konrad assembly?

From looking at the pics, these are fitted with the large Konrad u-joint/yoke shaft assy for BW TRS tailstock. They require the Konrad transom assemblies as there is not enough clearance inside the TRS transom housing for the yokes (they will hit when trimmed/turning)

If one wanted to run these on a TRS transom housing, the input shafts would need to be swapped out with the smaller TRS yoke shafts. Still need to purchase the Konrad bellhousing as the oil coupler is different.

Feel free to give me a call,

Kurt from Konrad 715-410-0735

Does Konrad make a drive that bolts up to a regular bravo transom?

No, all Konrad drives require a transmission.

Is it a copyright thing or something? It seems like Konrad could make a killing if they had a Bravo replacement.
