Default imco or speedmaster shorty lower drive?

I am looking to get a -2 shorty for my 1994 single engine scarab 29 and i dont know which one is the best for that hull, i want more top end speed, now i am at 77mph with single 650-700 hp 454 w/b&m250 blower at 9 psi boost and 4 blade 26P bblade lab finish. I know that is not the fastest hull so i need the best lower unit for speed.

Imco or speedmaster?

How much mph gain can i see?

Imco....Speed will vary from the way everything else is set up. You could gain 3-10 mph or actually loose speed. Search the forum's for people that have already done the work so you dont waste time and money. Just my .02

I've got a -2 sportmaster listed in the classified. Just do a search for my screen name.
