I want to first say how great it was to work with John and the Bravo shop.

If you haven't been screwed by a marine mechanic I'm sure you have a close friend that has. My story is very long and just plain ridiculous. After I got my boat outa the hands of a crook I sent my drive off to John. From that point on my story made a 180 deg turn. First John took the time to talk to me about what I needed and how we can make my drives better than ever. I shipped my drive to him and he got it on a Monday. My drive was a total mess! He replace about every internal part because the old mechanic wrecked it! On Wednesday it was in a box on a pallet and shipped back to me. Awesome turn around time. When the drive got back to my new mechanic John walked them through some very critical steps so that this thing shifts like butter. I am still in the break in process but I'm impressed with the work he did. Thanks John/Bravo shop! Also thanks to American Custom Marine for their hard work!(I have a thank you thread about them as well)

Guys. If you need drive repair Bravo drives or Bmax give John ur business. It will save you money and u will be working with someone you can trust. Just Sayin'

Great to see a pleased customer post! With the way John runs his shop, he should have his own forum!

John is the exception in this industry and has really turned the Bravo Shop around after purchasing it a couple years ago. Not just the improvement in customer service, but he continually improves the product. Its truly the best drive out there for high performance boating and high HP engines.

And now customers get the support they should when purchasing such a product.

Pete your story about your outerlimits being down for a year was bad enough and then the story about the drives was the icing on the cake. I'm glad we could help you out and get your boat back together so you could use it again.
