bad vibration
I have developed a bad vibration when trimmed or turning, was in florida in may and gimbal started making noise so i decided to change it, the motor alignment was pretty off had to force the drive off or on. Since then i have got an alignment tool and properly aligned engine so tool slides in and out easy then is when it started vibrating, have since replaced the u-joints and it is still vibrating. Thought may have bent a blade or something on the prop, but it definatly gets worse with trim and steering, any ideas? and its a 496mag with bravo1 with new style u-joints. Is there a special procedure for doing the new style u joints, I've never seen u-joints come with a bunch of retaining rings....
