alpha exhaust bellows?

any tips replacing these bellows? Do I need the bellows expansion tool?

Do not use the full bellow that attaches at both the transom and drive side. Use the later model drive tube that only attaches on the transom side. 100x easier to install and it won't pop off the drive side.
