bravo 1 parts

Just pulled my b1 apart that I broke last year. Upper gear has the floor knocked out of it. Is there a kit to convert it over to the thicker floored gears? Thanks

Sure, what ratio? Do you have the serial number?

it is a 1996, no serial number handy. The stickers are gone and the drive has been painted so I cant make it out very well.

There are a couple of choices. The best deal is the complete upper ovehaul kit. Includes gears, bearings, seals, clutch, shift fork. Pretty much everthing for the upper. What is the ratio or tooth count & i will get you the part number.

Its a 1.5

The overhaul kit is PN 803107T2
A shift/gear upgrade kit is 883473A4
Gear upgrade kit only is 883473A3

You can see pictures of all the kits here

You will need some special tools to do the job.

The complete kit is the way to go, best bang for the buck. If you have the old style gears, give the parts guy the numbers stamped in case for thrush ring ie. 91 94 as the new thick floored gears use thinner thrush rings. They don't come in kits.

Thanks guys. What is the part number for the thin floored gear set?

Not made any more

Are the shift forks etc... required on a 96?
