ok what is so bad about the parts? Is the Gimbal completely sheared/? Has it been repaired before? I hAVe a mill, a TIG, and Mig welder. I can fix most anything. I have a brother of a friend that passed away in a motorcycle accident that can pickup. How is the Helmet? I can repair and reharden that as well....
