Best Gear oil for SSMIII?

Looking for your guys opinion for the best oil to run in SSMIII drives and also while I'm asking best trans oil as well? Thanks for any opinions! Mike

I use mercury high performance gear lube in the drives and the transmissions take automatic transmission fluid type f.
