My friend just had a #5 rebuilt, the drive is pushing oil back through the reservoir. It has a vented cap on the reservoir. What could be the issue? No water in drive oil, it just keeps pushing oil back through while underway.

the drive is over full, those drives really need a seperate larger reservoir for expansion, the factory reservoir is to small

Yeah mine used to make a mess everytime I ran my old Powerplay.
