Default bravo one outdrive question

Hi everyone... I may be needing a new Bravo 1 outdrive for my 1991 Larson Senza Spectra 25 with 454mag . Where would be the best place to get one. Should I get a new one from merc or go with a rebuilt one with warranty. I will have some warranty either way, just not sure what parts are being used. I am looking for reputable places and it will most likely need to be shipped. I am located in the UP of Michigan. Thanks..

You may also want to contact George at All American Drive service down in Bronson,MI. He is rebuilding my drive currently. His prices are very reasonable

I have a Bravo 1. I am having upper, lower and full transom assembly redone. I know he rebuilds to handle up to 650 or 700hp( can't remember which) with a 2 year warranty. He has a website as well that goes into a bit more detail of what he offers.

Thanks... I did talk with george briefly. How much for the Transome re-build? I did not see that price on his website. Are you taking your boat to him or just shipping him the parts?

Still waiting on the quote for the transom rebuild, he was saying that it could be cheaper to just go new. I trailered my boat to him since I'm fairly close, only about a 2 hr drive from here. If you contact him again ask him about going through the gimbal for you. It's not listed on his site but he was willing to do it on mine when I asked. Tell him Ryan with the powerquest sent you.
