I'm hoping to switch to bravo this winter and I still have a few things I'm not sure of yet. Is the rear mount the bell housing sets on the same height as the alpha. Are the front motor mounts the same? I know I need a new coupler and bellhousing for the new inner plate just not sure about the front motor mounts.

The front mounts are the same, they won't have any affect on the swap. The rear mounts (ears) on the bravo are in the same location as an alpha mount so alignment won't be an issue.
You'll have to drill 2 holes in your transom for the bravo swap and also add the sea pump to the engine. And you'll need a bravo shift bracket to replace the alpha shift bracket with the interrupt.
There's Afew other minor things like the hose from the sea pump to the oil cooler but it's very straightforward.
