Had this same problem a few years ago with 1 drive. Bearings we're going and would get hot under hard run and puke oil out of the res. bottle. Hope that's not the case for you.

Well checked fluid color and level it is full and clean only took 4 oz to fill back to 1/3 full in reservoir That's where The fluid level started at a 1/3. I guess maybe it was over full ? I will run it again and add showers

The merc lube I have says synthetic on it.
