Default Trs trim cyl.

Will the later model TRS trim rams work on a TRS Drive that have the old style with that big screw on round end on them??????

Not real clear about what your talking about in reference to the big screw on round end but can tell you this as per the #5 service manual.

The old style ram with the internal return line is a high pressure cylinder which uses the prestolite high pressure trim pump.

The newer style cylinder with the external return line running down the side is a low pressure cylinder which uses the prestolite and oildyne low pressure pumps.

Due to differences in internal valving these two cylinders are not interchangeable, at least with out changing pumps.
