They are available as a 1.114 and 1.24. You probably find them already on the shelf. But you can have them built.

I have 2 new 1.095:1 upper gears (21/23 tooth count) that when used with the standard 19/20 count lower gears make a 1.153:1 ratio drive. Call me (612-247-7081) or e-mail me at [email protected] and lets talk.

The upper gears that I have are the newest forged gears from Mercury.

Really need 1-1 like the old #7 wet sumps to go on a diesel project, any reduction will effect prop speed, what other options are available?
The boat is originally a #6 boat what about Sage SCS drive I think this is the same transom mounting.

Just an opinion. Don't think you'll find 1/1. Pretty sure you won't notice 1/1.115

I agree 1.115-1 would do the job, my current drives are 1.34-1 can just the uppers be changed or am I better off selling these and buy another set.

If you have #6 drives, just change the upper gear sets to the 1.095's and you are good to go with a 1.153 overall ratio drive and probably the most economical way also.
