For starters what brand of boat, what is the weight, what power, what drive ratio, what are current slip numbers, what is best gps speed, how responsive is the boat to positive trim - will it trim up and raise the nose at 1/2 - 3/4 throttle or do the props just slip. Are they any boats like yours, similar power, same drives, if so what are their speeds. Have you inspected the interior front cavities of both sponsons looking for trapped water anywhere in the hull. What is the current measurement of the drive bullet center point when trimmed parallel with the hull bottom running surface, is it below or above the bottom. Do you have driving experience with cats. What is your performance boat experience level. Do you feel the boat is safe to operate as it sits now or does it do stupid things that are unexpected. What are your current propellers. Pitch, diameter, rake and blade count? Do you know who built the boat originally or who rigged it? The more detail you can provide about the boat and your personal capability, the better we can try and help. Control and safety should be your first concern in dialing in your boat, speed numbers come with experience and proper set-up.
