Default Red Line shock proof gear oil

I'm wondering if I should run heavy or light. I'm thinking the light would flow better and stay cooler. Any thoughts

I actually ran Red line zero weight in a Raceboat for an entire season changing it after each race. It was worth 300rpm on the top.
