New genuine mercruiser 43-815662a3 *bravo 1 ,2,3 sterndrive upper gear set.

An 0M serial number uses the new style thick-floor gears. 0L and down uses the old style (unless it has been updated with kit Jaay Teee described).

815662A3 is an early style gear set with the thin floors, not what you want.
