Default Alpha 1 Gen 2 Propshaft

I have a slightly bent propshaft on an Alpha drive. I have had it straightened once before then barely bumped it in the sand at 1 mph and now its bent again. Metal Memory I guess. Anyway does anyone have any opinions on the SEI vs Siera VS GLM vs OEM propshafts? Are the aftermarket ones ok or just a wast of money? Is this something I can change myself. I dont mind buying some tools if necessary. Can it be changed with the drive on the boat?

Sierra and SEI will stand behind them the best. I have no problem with using either for Alpha set ups of reasonable hp and torque levels within its demands.
