My friend with a heavy Chris Craft stinger 415 and about 1400 HP, switched to Konrads ( did I spell that right?) He said they are bullet proof.

Yea that was my next suggestion. If you are going to move the engines to make room for a tranmission...konrads would be an option and would be cheaper if purchased used. Ole' man Matt tod me along time ago that he didnt think 6's would work that well. I know what does work....Arneson asd 7's.

If I did anything drastic like moving engines, it would be for ASD's
