Default Help!! Replace or rebuild 2 inch shortie?

I got water in my drive and finally broke my vertical shaft and rusted up everything. Couldn't find a Xr drive with two inch shortie anywhere. Took to a shop and got upper put back together but now what to do with lower. Or does anyone have a 2 inch shortie for sale?

What parts do you have that are re-useable. Forget the bearings, they all should be replaced. Is the case and propshaft still serviceable parts? It's hard to say rebuild or replace without knowing what you have to purchase in repair of your existing lower.

Lookslike the case and propshaft are good. The vertical shaft snapped.

That is an easy fix. Send it to Mr Gadgets. Did the shaft snap clean above the bearing? If it did it was a bad design by IMCO. The new ones are supposed to be better.

I also have a MaxMachine -2" vertical shaft. Nothing wrong with it just decided to replace all the shafts when MaxMachine refurbished our drives a few months ago. If interested at list less 50% email me. [email protected]
