Default engine trim stopped working

I just took delivery of a 2005 32ft Concept w/twin 250 Verbrados w/239hrs on them. After one day on the water the Starboard engine trim stopped working at the helm and on the engine itself. The port side engine works fine. I removed the cowl and checked the fuses all seem to be ok. I checked wiring and it appears ok as well. I opened the screw to release the pressure to try and raise the engine manually so I could check the fluid, but either its too heavy or locked up. When I hit the switch at the helm or back at the engine I do hear it clicking.

Does anyone have any thoughts as to what it might be or what I need to try?

Thanks for the help.

you hear it click. most likely the solenoid that is clicking is not making contact and starting the trim motor. have somebody up front hitting trim button while you are in the stern listening for and locating trim pump. then when you find solenoid that is clicking, jump across the 2 big terminals with a screwdriver or something. motor should go. if not, either you don't have 12v supply to the solenoid, or motor is dead or wiring between sol and trim motor open circuit.
