Interesting. So when you say the cavitation plate is hitting the water you mean it's hitting the surface of the lake/ocean and not the spray from the prop? Then your boat does not have a center pod? If that's the case I would think that the drive is way too low then... but like tinkerer said if you propshaft center is even or close to the lowest part of your hull there's no way the cav plate is hitting the surface of the water

I will post the video when I download it to my iPad.I am going to test 30 five blade in a few.The good part about testing is I live on lake Havasu so the boat is easy to drop in the water.I really really think it's the cav plate but I have been wrong before.

I think he is done with SCX set up and moving on with a more of a Bravo set up,
Also if I stand correct the owner of E ticket boats did a lot of testing with the SCX set ups. Also if I recall correctly he was the one whom came up with the SCX skeg angled all the way to the front of bullet to help with handling issues..
