I know that Volvo Penta DPH and DPR can handle that with out problem.

That won't last very long my choice would be Imco scx or b max but still the low rpm high tq would be hard. On the drive Arneson would be better and also easier to get ratio that give higher propshaft rpm to solve the lower rpm of the engine .
