Default Trs bellows

I’m getting water into the bilge area, TRS outdrives, after looking close at the bellows i noticed one of the exhaust tubes is missing. It’s not a flexible bellow like the drive shaft one. Just a straight tube that is clamped to the transom. Could water come into the bulge through here? I can see when the drives are down that is seals up on the outdrives, but what holds it there when turning? Or does the drive go into the bellow far enough when it’s down that it won’t create a gap? If that makes sense. I have through hull exhaust so no exhaust come from the prop. Thanks in advance.

Your leak isn’t coming from there, most likely it’s from the u joint bellow

that style exhaust tube/ bellow is common on bravo drives, you have thru hull, it doesn’t even need to be on there
