I picked up a IMCO SC drive for my boat but have a question in regards to the water pick up. I installed two transom water pickups ( one for my intercooler and one for my engine cooling) so I no longer need the drive water feed so this in blocked off at the transom assembly. Does the IMCO require you to tap the case to divert the water back on the drive and keep water flowing internal to the drive like the B1 / XR ? Or is the built in drive shower sufficient to keep water flowing through the drive for cooling? Thanks in advance.
