How in the heck do you attach splash plate anode? The hole in the lower isn’t threaded since it typically bolts down from the top. And the scx doesn’t have a top hole. Help, trying to go out today. Just installed the xr lower and it’s the last piece of the puzzle.

The SCX doen't use a splash plate anode is why there is not a hole. I don't think I've ever saw a Xr lower used with a SCX upper.

If the boat is not left in the water for extended periods of time, you really don't need anodes

Scx/xr combo works way better on the boat than the scx/sc or scx/scx combo. I did the endurance innovation gears and so far so good.
