72 Mercruiser TR 2-1 outdrive bellows
Came across a barn find with this dinosaur on the back of the boat. Anyone know a bellows part # or where to find one? I ordered a 1972 TR/TRS bellows and it’s too small of a diameter of bellows. Mike

Most likely it is not a TR 2 as that is the same bellows as a TRS.
Could be an early #3

Merc III
I believe you are correct, second person to say it was not a TRS or TR. An 80 year old guy at Lake Shasta two weeks ago said I had a house boat outdrive on it. A “Mercruiser three” which I was rather confused because the boat shop there said it was a TR-2
