Default Bravo 1 clutch cone in a bravo xr

I am rebuilding my 2004 xr with new x gear set and my shift cone is worn. I have a good one out of a bravo one but it is .100 thousands taller. Will this cause a problem? Thanks

Yes, when they changed the floor thickness and top/bottom shims went from around .095 to .055, they also went to a shorter cone clutch. I machined down a regular one to fit a XR before and it worked but wasnt easy and sorta cobbled , you cannot simply use it at full length though, Smitty
