Bravo one trim cylinder bushing problem.

In Finland nobody knows, so i have to ask here.
Need to replace Bravo1 trim cylinder bushings.
Bravo1 have 19mm axle and my old cracked bushings have 19mm hole.
Im asking several places etc and everybody sells new bushing with 21mm hole. Why? They are 2mm loose fit.
Where i can get bushing with 19mm hole?
And why new style etc bushing have that edge? Old ones have flat surface for washer.

In picture left is my original bushing and right new with too big hole:

Old ones shrunk after being compressed for years. The new ones will be fine. There is only one bushing made by Merc for Bravo 1 trim cylinders.

Yes, Push them into the trim cylinders and tighten the nuts and they should tighten up

Wondering what the outcome was as I tried the same and had a ton of slop at the pin so went back to the smaller ID.

I printed some pushings in TPU95 and i used it this year with no problems. i printet with 10walls and 100% infill. Trim Zylinder (i used the Hardin "red one" but the are harder than the first mercruiser black one but softer than the new mercruiser black ones) the my blue version are same than the new black mercruiser but fit without play, HP Prop Hub (are made for the 4 plastik stribes that fall off most times, now the stay on the hub and sliping in and out perfectly), Imco Steering Ram Pushings and for the hydraulik hose i used PET-g clamps,

That printed hub bushing is pretty slick! Have you had any issues with vibration or anything similar?

no problem, nothing.

i can email the file and if you have a 3d printer ore you have somebody with one, you can print it and test it.

Thanks, but I do not have a printer. Been out of that line of work for 8 years now. I actually run the round bushing hubs. I keep getting a vibration coming off plane and considering switching hubs to see if that cures the vibration. I even bought some O-rings and cut my own bushings but that did not eliminate the issue.
