Quatar running in the same class as the 750 ???

Frank I tought in the drivers they said there was a 750 class and a 850 class

Steve Curtis told me Sunday Night, that both boats run the same class. While they have different motors, they both put out the same HP & run the same speed.

If you say so I dont want to disagree but Quatar beat up on CRC last yr in Key West and CRC is a 850 boat so I dont know how they could run with 750's. Quatar is at least 10 MPH faster.

After last season they said they were combining 750 and 850, it's been that way all season so far.

Limit thier RPMs to the same as the 750 boats. That seems to have worked. It was a very tight race between all 5 boats.

Might be that way in OPA but if and when they run SBI it wont be that way. Quatat will run SuperBoat Unlimted .... If you think it was close racing, believe me it was as close as Quatar wanted to make it look.
