Building a new Nortech 340 Open. Going to be running on LOTO Which gauges would you go with?

Even considering lovorsi or autoguage? I've been told that's too old school for the boat?

If you can handle the price difference, which if you're buying a new Nortech probably isn't a problem, go with the 8200 series and go with either two of the 12's or one or two of the 15's. The mounting is MUCH cleaner with the 8200 series and I'm sure the processors are better and will be able to handle more expansion in the future. I was back and forth between the 5200 and 7200 when I built my last boat (similar models at the time) I went with the 5212 and regretted it as soon as I wanted to start doing different things and found out the 52 wouldn't do it but the 7200 would have... I'd go with two if possible, that way you can keep engine data on one and charts etc up on the other. Good luck
