Stereo Build w 2 10s and enclosures

Need to tidy up the wiring but here it is.
2 rockford fosgate 10" punch p3d2s, dual 2 ohm voice coils wired in series for 4 ohm load each. Both subs wired in parallel to a CAB 1600.1 mono d class running at 2ohms for 1200ish watts rms but gain is turned down.
Enclosures are .59cu ft accounting for sub discplacement sealed. Built from 3/4" starboard marine lumber plastic. Held together with all stainless hardware and designed to fit within existing plastic door cut outs so the whole deal is reversible.
The rest is 4 wet sounds xs-650s on a 2 channel arc audio full range d class at 2 ohms each channel for 185w rms x2.
I'm getting a rattle at higher frequencies. Not sure if the enclosures are vibrating against the fiberglass or if it's just the cone.
