Whats the best touch screen radio that plays video

By far your best bet is to get a bluetooth radio of your choice and Samsung tablet or other similar tablet that has GPS built in. Most do. Amazon Fire tablets do not. 7-10 inch is great. Mount the tablet with a ram mount. 1 it is touch screen. 2 its big. 3 you can download MX mariner for like $6.00 or Navionics for either 25.00 or 49.00. Then you have a full function Marine GPS and can play your tunes and Videos. If you are within a few miles of shore you can hotspot the tablet to your phone and play Youtube Videos or Pandora. You really dont even need a Head Unit. You can buy a Bluetooth Receiver and hook it to an Amp. Some company's make amps with built in bluetooth. If you are not looking for big sound, this works great. https://www.sonicelectronix.com/item...io-PGR35B.html . It will fit where your speedo is. Just Take out the speedo and wire it up. With the tablet you will not need a speedo because the Marine Gps apps have GPS speedo built into them.

Im already running a flush mounted Garmin gps. Wanting a stereo or a screen to mount in the other side of the dash to play vid and control Ipod etc.

I have a Touchscreen Kenwood flush mounted in my 2003 dodge truck. Double Din and has touchscreen. You can make it play videos but its really a pain in the azz. Not sure who made that dash for you or if you made it but thats bad azz. Whoever flush mounted that could certainly flush mount a tablet there that is removable. I would still use a ram mount with the base sunk in behind that dash and the arm sticking out 1/2 inch so you could have 1/2 inch or so tilt to the tablet to adjust for sun. Several different size arm lengths available. They use a ball pivot so easy to tilt.

Thanks, my guy that does all the work on my boat made it. The playing videos is really more for when we are all at the marinas at night showing off. Its like a car show around here some nights. Everyone has engine hatches open, leds everywhere, I just thought it would be cool to off set the GPS on the other side with a radio/ monitor that would play music videos or poker run videos while my music is on.

Oh its flush! Full color and full touch. Great unit. Its capable of running auto pilot.
