F14A water jet

My boat came with a Lowrance Elite 4. I do not know its capabilities yet...
1) Can I get an MPH reading on any page/menu on the Elite 4 screen?
2) Any idea if this has the capability/output to run a Marine Boat Auto GPS Speedometer Speed Meter Gauge 85mm 80MPH 9-32V ?

I downloaded the manual and am reviewing in parallel.

once you figure out how to work it, let me know...mine came without a manual and I just gave up trying to find and reset top speed etc....

Additional information...
I only seem to have the Transducer hooked up (see attached picture). What additional accessories/components/antennas do I need to make this Elite 4 fully functional?

Is there a GPS antenna inside the unit or some sort of external attachment?
