Purchased from my uncle in 2021. He bought it in 1987. I'm the 3rd owner. When I picked it up the port engine had 417 hours according to the hour meter, and the stbd had 421. The hour meters worked. Now it has 525 and 529, respectively. I know, why not find original gauges to put back on it. Easier said than done. The gauges that failed were port oil temp, stbd water temp, clock, both trim gauges, speedo, depth sounder and tach synchronizer. Too many for me. So, I decided to upgrade, which brings me to where I am now.

If no spark, first, check lanyards.

Both physical contact in the breakers and how they are wired.

OK, got it. My dumb ass forgot to wire in the fuel shut off solenoids. That's why it ran for a bit then stalled. Ran out of fuel.
I sincerely appreciate everyone's help. This site is a wealth of knowledge.
Thanks again, Chris
