It sounds like you are getting very close...the motor is new with few hours or is it broke in? If new, it will loosen up and get a little better...if already broke in...you may want to contact Brett at BBlades Propeller service (advertiser on OSO) or your prop-shop of choice to see if they can help. Typically labbing can give you some additional RPM and/or MPH
