no insurance for a cat

I am still having issues finding insurance for a 28 eliminator daytona. I was told there is only one or two company's that still insure and they raised there rates a great deal. I recieved a quote of 7k. Do you think they may just not insure Cats all together which will hurt the resale of cats or if they raise the rate it so high it will do the same thing. Any help would be great.

I still really want to buy a cat but insurance is making it harder and harder.

That's seems high for a 28 Daytona. Mine's with Worldwide.

Sorry to butt in guys...but does anyone know anything about this boat. I was going to take a trip to Texas to check it out, but thought that I would try to find out more before I left from NC

Your right Robert. What I have said is all lies, I have been out of my medication for the last few days and cannot be held responsible for what I have said or done! :D

Robert:

How have you and the family been? We had an addition to ours a little over a year ago...by the way she loves riding in the 28!
