I noticed that the 2 different stern shots have different lower units, one with an old style skeg and one with a swept back. Is there a reason for the 2 different skegs? That's a really nice boat and should run a long time.

So then if you couldn't get jet fuel, what would be the next practical choice?

You can use kerosine or diesel. Either one works great.
